Alien AL85 and Zephyrus v2

Hey guys. I'm having a weird problem I was hoping someone could help with. I bought an Alien AL85 and a zephyrus v2. When I put the zephyrus v2 on the AL85 it reads "No Coil". Now here's the weird part. The zephyrus works fine on every other mod I have and I have about 5. I know the connection is good because I pulled the positive pin out slightly and put it on and when I take it off the pin is pushed back in so it's making contact. I've played with all the settings. Won't work on wattage, TC, nothing. Every other tank I have works fine on the AL85 and the zephyrus v2 works fine on every other mod. It's driving me crazy. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Are you sure it's pushed all the way in, so it's making internal contact with the coil assembly as well? I suppose if it works on other devices it must be...

Yep. Sure is. I just don't get it.

It does seem to be a finicky mod at times. Mine worked fine with a .4 ohm coil, but balked at .15

It's at .5 now dual coils. I'm gonna try to rebuild it and see if that helps at all. I doubt know why it would but what the heck.
