Alien Problem

ı hope so ı create topic to wrong place. Hello my problem is alien. ı push five times and its open ı push 5 times is closed yes its okay but it doesnt fire.I am read other topics but ı cant see problem like me . Thank you and have a nice vaping

If the Alien is on, and you push the fire button 5 times, it locks the mod, and it won't fire. Push the fire button five times again, and it unlocks, and you can vape it. If it's not firing while it's unlocked, I'm not sure what that could be, maybe a problem with the 510 connection to the atomizer.

İts no about the lock.All features working except fire. I can change the settings. I can change modes.Screen is good and working. Coil head a appropriate.
Just doesnt fire

Check to make sure it's in wattage mode, and that the watts are set to an appropriate level.

Or, if the watts are right, try this: take the tank completely off the mod, then put it back on. If it asks if it's a new coil, push yes.

Try opening the Battery door and closing it? I dunno but I think it acts kind off like a reset... at least it does for me when I have a little problem with mine.

Your batteries are fully charged, quality "High Drain" batteries from a trusted source right?

I found mine wasn't recognising a new coil every time. Found the fix was to take tank off, push fire button, it says no coil, put tank on and hit fire button and it recognises it as new coil and asks.
Seems to me, like any electronic equipment or computer, it can get a little 'glitchy' at times (like when your phone freezes and you have to reboot it) so I just either turn it off and wait a little and turn back on or take batteries out and reinsert which turns mod off and then do the fire button turn on.
I just accept that anything with that much info going on on one screen is going to have a hissy fit every now and then. On the whole I've found it pretty good.
