Alien Visions E-Juice (avejuice.com): Disappointing support response

Recently I ordered e-juice from alien Visions in their new 30mL size. I made a post in the review section about how the bottle was difficult to use:

I used the support system to ask about whether anything could be done about the bottles. I first filed a ticket back on 7/20. The system shows that it wasn't read until 7/23. I got a response on 7/24 basically saying "yeah, we know about the problem", without offering a solution.

I pressed for an answer on 7/26, which got ignored, and had to file another ticket. I didn't get a response until 8/6.

The final answer was, verbatim (I had suggested glass bottles, btw):

We sell our bottles via the "Awesome Additions" subcategory in our products menu. I've looked through a LOT of bottle providers and many of them are problematic, over priced, or unavailable (like the link you gave me). Glass bottles aren't going to happen, there's just too many problems associated with mailing glass. As for plastic bottles we are trying to find a new provider with better materials but until then these are what we have to roll with. I hope this helps!

In other words, they told me they couldn't help me, and I could purchase another bottle out of pocket if i wished. They took over 2 weeks to answer an inquiry, and didn't do anything besides acknowledge the issue.

I will keep buying from them because I like Boba's Bounty and it's not the end of the world to have to buy my own bottle, but man their service is mediocre.
