Alien Visions Really Dropped the Ball

I waited a week for my first ejuice shipment to arrive, I was completely out of the samples that sent with my Joye 510 and was waiting for them eagerly when the mail arrived....To my dismay the Bobbas Bounty and the RY4 are both "XL" and i ordered 24mg furthermore the Bobbas is very light and tastes terrible with no throat hit to save their pathetic lives. The AV site says they'll be away till May, and they cant provide support till then....WELL im fresh outa juice no local retailers and alot of nicotine free juice....IDK i guess ill order some freedom juice tonight from HALO but still.....Alien Visions REALLY REALLY screwed me....grrrrrr....anyone else have any similar experience recently....I know they are moving...but come on

Keep "at least" a months supply and never have to worry about a situation like this again !!

Sucks when it happens, but there's really no reason for it with a little planning ahead so your not relying on stock, order and shipping processes, and our so unreliable postal systems who always seem to drag their feet when we want or need something like yesterday (or perhaps its that they couldn't locate your "submarine"

Well ol' Ben lost my business for good. The website says that theyd be back up on the first of May or earlier...its May 5th and no update, no emails sent telling me that my bobbas or ry4 will be replaced. He had good ejuice and its a shame to mark him off my list, but such is the importance of customer service...C'est la vie

What does XL mean?Are they to strong?You could add some VG from the store to cut it down.

nah its just a bad batch... the thread in eliquid reviews....Alien Visions Rocked my world....many other ppl had the same prblm
