l3oertjie - clay crossed my mind as well. What sort are you using? Are you going to try to 'fire' it so it doesn't crack? (or maybe it doesn't need to be fired).
Also - won't the clay slowly dissolve once the juice wets it again?

OK. I put kanthal closer the screen and is better but the throat hit is wow ... too much for me and taste is absolutly different ... the taste is full and rich. The kanthal wire was shining red. I can't remeber what you said about that ... is that ok?

Damn it you're a bad influence hahahahhaha My car hates me because of you, I've been spending most of my money and time making steaming mods and none of it on my carYes, ceramic is a perfect material. I have a ceramic-oven which makes 1250° Celcius (=2282F). The problem is, that cermaic always shrinks a litte bit. And it should still glaze so that it does not absorb liquid
1200° Celcius and a genisis ceramic vapour plate inside:
