'imo messenger' only keeps pics for 24hrs. here's the same pic again:

there is a gap between the top cap of the Simplicity and the base of the AGT tho.... about 1mm.

David I look forward to seeing your test results on the efest batteries. If you ever decide to test out the mnke batteries also I would be interested in seeing the results.

I have an idea which one I prefer and seems to give the best performance but it is always nice to have the numbers to back it.

I currently don’t own either the Kick or the Crown, so I apologize that I can’t give you my first-hand experiences with either of them. On paper, however, they appear to be great devices.

Thanks David for the reply..I am mainly interested in a smaller device and that is why I was looking into either the Simplicity or the 10440 however, the later does not come with brass top and bottom which I loved (from looking at pictures posted at different sites) so I don't know if those can be found on different devices or can be gold plated afterwords...I just love that gold accent hens me asking on a previous post of what was attached to the Simplicity on your first product introduction pictures.

P+10 has been dicontinued from the Precise plus line... 10440 battery life sucks, and you would not want a brass top cap for a daily used mod...Brass threads will stip over time.....

Guys, did anyone notice any difference in voltage drop when you hit it dead center? I think i notice that when attacking from an angle, the switch makes a better contact with the body, but when you hit it dead center, probably the current flows through the spring which makes the voltage drop worse. Of course I am not talking major thing, but noticeable. On a fresh battery i have around 0.15-0.2 drop but if dead center i get around 0.25-0.3.

Perhaps there may be some metal burrs on the switch from machining. That could lend to your spring theory. Take it apart and deburr any metal shavings that might still be there.
