Hey David
can you give an estimated date when 14500 Simplicity will be back in stock. Thanks

Hi cos,

Hope to have some more made up in about one week. We sent a batch of posts out to be plated and we should be getting those back anyday now. We'll start machining on the other parts mid week.

The adjustable cap is $30. Sell yours on the classifieds for 65-70$ and then put that towards a new one with an SS locking ring and cap. Someone's going to get a sweet deal on the best 14500 mod you can buy at that price range and you got yourself a brand new upgraded one for 30$ instead of buying a cap and being stuck with the brass locking ring you don't want :)

what does the adjustable cap do? it comes with the adjustable center post though right? so im dont understand whats the purpose of the cap? to make tanks sit flush?? just guessing

The original Simplicity 14500 did not have an adjustable center post in the top cap. This new V2, if you will, does.

The old gold caps from IBTanked seem to match up nicely with the brass locking ring, not sure if the pics do it justice, anyone interested in more detail let me know and give me some photo tips :)

I think the Doc Dave looks the best out of all of them but it see's the least amount of use. At work the IBTanked/IkenVape cartos get used, good performance and no leaks, durable enough if I knock it over. At home the Vicious Ant with a cotton wick and a 1.6ohm micro-coil is the preferred vape.

I'm extremely happy with the device, there will be more Super T in my future. I'm thinking of getting a Diver RBA since I'm pretty sure it will fit in the IBTanked setup and may give me more flexibility/performance than the cartos. Let me know what you think.

Thanks to everyone for the awesome info in this thread, wouldn't be here without you guys! :toast:

Can anyone tell me what the typical vape time is for a mod like this using a 14500 battery is? I am very interested in getting one (too bad I missed the sale) If I get one to use at work, I will need to make sure I have enough batteries:)

I need a super T, would love an ela, but not sure that will ever happen. Thanks

I get a couple hours of use with a 1.2'ish ohm coil.
