I carefully use the tine of a fork for those hard white caps and they pop right off. Not sure that I am understanding what the cone is? Do you have to use it with the cartos? My mom has already broken 1 of her manual Xl batteries trying to pull it out of the charger rather than unscrew it. She has 1 charger that is push in and pull out and 1 that screws in. She got confused between the 2. So I really need something simple for her. The warmer vapor and easier draw sounds so good though.

does anyone know how to get those white caps off the turbo cartos? i tried to get one off and the cap broke in half. im new at this and i just like to top it off when im at home. i want to use a syringe and not the condom method.

any help would be appreciated

Mine have all been soft caps and I can run a fingernail around the edge and once it lifts a little, I just flip it off. I've also used a "bent-up" paperclip to pry off as well.

I can't use my cone with my Defender. It closes off all of the airflow to the cartomizer completely, so consequently no flavor and no vapor. I don't mind not using it, it just looks prettier with it lol. Anyone have any idea how to remedy this? The cone fits so tightly that when I put it on it scrapes the covering completely off of the cartomizer.

Without the cone I love the Defender. Warm vapor and tons of flavor. It lasted me most of the day yesterday and finally died just before I went to bed.:D:D

Got my defender today about 4 hours ago, been hitting it steady since it arrived. No sign of battery drop off yet...real slick looking as Ben has said good smooth draw I really like it.I'm usally a auto guy but thought I would try this glad I did, only issue is the cone being a little tight for some of my carts and rubbing off a bit of the labels. The more I switch cartos though it seems to go thru cone easier.Had a couple of questions Ben 1 of the batts was charged other was not no big deal just wondering if that is normal. Also when battery needs charging on these do the buttons blink like on other batts the led does, and will you ever have these in auto's.Thanks for the sample's too!

Can you use the same charger that you use for 808s with the Defender? Will it fit in a lanyard made for 808s? I have a multi charger made for 510s. I put the 808-510 adapters on the batteries and charge them. I really like using my lanyard to carry my PV around in.
I don't think you can use the same charger and the defender is to fat for my lanyard I never use.
