Really??? Red? Oh no. Now I'm in trouble.

Yes! I got an email about it a couple of weeks ago! It's a darker red though but ill still take it! I went with purple first & the silver for my second because they didn't have red! I'm going to try to wait it out until December but I might cheat & give it to myself in October for my birthday instead! :D

Living in NY and buying 3 packs a day for my wife + myself? We are talkin $30 a day. ($10 a pack)

I've saved a bunch.

Wow! We were paying $3.00 a pack (got them at the reservation cig store/gas station. Cheaper gas, too. lol) I don't know how anyone can afford to smoke in places like NY. Sure hope they don't mess with your vaping!

As usual, late to the party & trying to catch up!

You know you've overdone it when a vape shop sends you email saying they miss you ... :D
    LOL! How sweet ;)

I don't care for Trippy Tips (or ones that look like Trippy Tips), I like Sagewood Glass better. And I am assuming you are familiar with Mole Hill Mountain.

    Aren't we all ???

  Besides, given a choice, I like to eat out any chance I get, so why would I want to find something else to do in the kitchen?
Building my own wicks? I don't think my brain works that way.

Exactly! Since the kids left eating out is pure entertainment ;) Build your own wicks??? Are you nuts?!

I found 2 new sites with awesome drip tips last night while I was lurking in the "I gotta stay away from that thread" I thought I had found every place on the net! That got me to thinking..I am always gonna be on the lookout for new things now..cause its a collection and a hobby...JEEZ so here I go again:facepalm:

Yep, saw you, was right behind you! Sorry - I preferr Kayte's :)

I've been happy with my little 808's and eGo/protank, but find myself checking out the Ovale elips-C and emini several times a day and having to wipe drool off the computer screen. (I'm not into the hardware aspect of vaping,
So I scrapped all that and just started adding so many drops of concentrated flavoring to so many mls of unflavored base liquid, experimenting until I found the right combinations that tasted good. Works for me. Simple. Just the way I like things!

Couldn't have said it better myself!!!

hey stormy!! It seems like i always do things i never said i would do when it comes to vaping! Just some examples lol...

Went from clearo's, to novas, to cartos, to cartotanks...now about to try my luck at dripping & researching rba's

'just get a provari!'...didn't get the price before i started researching other pv's. Purchased one & fell in love so now i have 2 & planning to purchase my 3rd for my one year vape anniversary! Especially now since i can get it in my favorite color...red!!!

Diy...something else i said i'd never do! Just got my supplies earlier this week & mixed up a couple of mini batches already!

Still haven't saved any money but spending $200 a month on cigarettes gives me a good amount of room to play around with even if i just want to break even. I think eventually ill start to save but i'm having too much fun to worry about it. The bills are all paid so i fig what the heck!!!
    they have a red provari??????

It's coming out soon! You should have gotten a supporting members email a couple weeks ago about ECF doing a drawing for one! I didn't see an exact release date for that color but it did say that the winner of the drawing would be one of the first people to get it before the color was officially released for sale!

Here's what I want to know, how do those tanks that the Prepunched/punch yourself carto's go in work??? And why would you want to go that route?
I can see that you have to buy a tank and some carto's to go with/in them, right? Just how does that work? In laymen's terms if you please, if you mention omms or ammms or mahs or whatever you've all ready lost me:laugh:

Wow Red Bird! We're almost at $4600 not spent on smoking. (Which I'm HUGELY happy about!) I told Doug that it was my way of giving him a raise. :D I haven't kept track, but I think in the year and a half we've probably spent less than a thousand on vaping. (That sounds better than saying 'about a thousand'. lol)

    they have a red provari??????
Ha! I'm not the only one in trouble, eh? :p

Basically it just a bigger carto. You don't have to refill it as much. Carto pulls liquid into itself from the tank.

I never thought I would do diy either..but got some simple supplies from mtbaker so gonna try...I am still drooling over red.

I've been vaping for almost 1 1/2 years and I'm still keeping it simple. I have a collection of batteries (spinners being my favorite at this point) and carto tanks and cartos. I've had a few vivi nova's, but prefer carto tanks. I love the XL resurrector cartos from Crystal Clear Vapes. Haven't had a dud yet and they hold a lot and last me a solid 7 days if not longer (that's with heavy use.) For batteries, I'm a sucker for pretty, so I have quite a few eGo Q's. (With the resurrector's I don't even miss that they aren't VV.)

I've only looked into DIY juice a little bit. It scared me. Besides, given a choice, I like to eat out any chance I get, so why would I want to find something else to do in the kitchen?

That is something I have not tried..a ressurector
    Hi Stormy
I'm pretty simple here. 650 with carto tank I won and the ovale V8 I was given for my bday.
I do like to DIY but its hard to find vg flavorings.
So that's what I wanna know.

Where are the 100% VG flavors for DIY?

I hope someone can answer this one I really want some too

Hey Dale! You basically just prime/fill the carto with liquid so that its fully saturated & ready to vape just as you would using a carto by itself. Once you put the punched & filled cart into your tank it creates a suction when you vape that feeds the liquid into the cart when you vape it. The advantages for me personally have been much better flavor compared to the clearos & novas I used, good consistency of flavor, no dry hits & the cartos last for a while so you just refill & go. Some have lasted me 2 weeks or a little longer.

The tank just holds juice around the outside of the carto (the punched holes let the carto absorb that juice into itself.) It's just so you don't have to keep refilling the carto all day. To refill the tank, you just slide the carto down a little and pour your juice in. Easy. Then slide the carto back up and reattach to your battery. Did I say it simple enough? :D (I'm sure by this time, others have answered you and my post is redundant. lol)

    Hi GaMntGirl,

I mix my own all-VG juices, due to my IBS and severe spastic colon syndrome. I'm not PG tolerant at all! I've found that Vaperite's organic DIY flavorings are great. They contain no PG and no artificial sweeteners... ;) Plus, they don't cost an arm and a leg...and they go a looooong way. And they taste spectacular! No problems here at all since I've been using them. Are you PG sensitive as well?

    Bri

(the hole is so it can be used in a tank)

Carto Tank - the juice is in the tank with the carto inside. There is a tiny hole(s) in the carto that the juice wicks into where it then comes in contact with the heat coil and vaporizes.

You can also click on the link in my signature. It's a "Hot Swap," but will give you an idea of how a carto fits in a tank.
