I'll try to make this short-

quit cig's 6 weeks ago, started vaping an on an Aerotank mini , 12mg nicotine juice- that was fine for a week then switched to 6mg nicotine juice and got a nautilus mini- awesome for a week and then all of sudden I started having vertigo/panic attacks that have not stopped for 3 weeks-

ps i ve been purchasing premium type juice too....

Anyway - been to lots of dr's, ENt dr, had blood test, MRI, VNG TEST- all normal - I have a neurologist apt tomorrow ( they are pretty high in demand and it took foreve to get an apt) plus I went to a psychologist - wants to put me on meds as soon as my DNA test come back...

Moving on - the ENT DR said I had an inner ear infection called vestibular neuritis which is a 6 week thing that clears itself up eventually... Not sold on that- but I felt almost 80% last Friday and decided to try my vape again... New juice -Alice in vape land sampler pack- and 2 hrs later I was back to where I started... A dizzy foggy feeling and little panic attacks when I go out in public---

sucks-

so so here my question- is the dizzy foggy feeling along with the anxiety panicy feeling an allergy to vaping?

And does it usually last days after? I only took 3-4 puffs....

any advise would be much appreciated.. It's crippled me. And i haven't been able to drive or work for over a month now...

I know now this is in the wrong forum but I need to post 5 in here before I can anywhere else...

What ratio of mix is the juice you are using? PG/VG? You could have an allergy to one of the ingredients or Flavorings. Although i have not heard of allergic reactions lasting days. I am no scientist so keep checking with your DR, but that would be my first guess.

Do you have these symptoms while smoking analogs? Just curious on that part, could it be more of a psychological issue? Considering that the act of Vaping is so different than smoking? Do you take any medications regularly that could be reacting with either PG or VG? Also do you have any history of Anxiety or Panic attacks?
I would mention as much as you can to your doc and see if you can find the root of the problem.

Seriously hope you start to feel better, I know that panic attacks are no joke as my GF currently has them every once and a while.
Best wishes for your health and hope you get analog free soon!

I've told all the dr's (including the ER dr's) about the vaping.. All seem to just move on... Don't pay it any mind...

Sorry to hear that bullet, my panic attack don't involve thoughts or anything in my head... They just happen...

Guess I'm just wondering if I should se an allergist too.. Might as well-
Could I be the only person in the worl to experience this.... I'm def not that special.

Damn- that's what I've found in my research too... People are allergic to the ingredients, but their symptoms go away after couple hrs on stopping vaping...

I'm by no means a doctor, but did any of them tell you to take any meclizine or dramamine (both over the counter) for your dizziness? I suffer from inner ear infections ALL the time and meclizine is a real life saver. I hate being dizzy, and if I dont take the meclizine to stop the diziness it will put me into a panic/anxiety attack. just my 2 cents.

It might not be the nicotine, or the PG/VG... but if it's not happening when you're smoking, but does happen when you don't smoke but vape, you might consider the minor alkaloids -- anabatine, anabasine, nornicotine, AND MAOIs -- harman and norharman. With the psychological component, I'd suspect that your body is accustomed/addicted to the MAOIs, and when you don't get them, all hell breaks loose -- it does for me too, but more on the depressive/angry side of things. MAOIs help keep your neurotransmitters working properly, and if you're used to those (all smokers are used to them, they're naturally-occurring in tobacco) and suddenly stop ingesting them, many bad things can start happening.

If you got some WTA (whole tobacco alkaloids) and tried vaping that, you could see if this might be the issue. You can get WTA from wholecig.com, or aromaejuice.com.

Hmmm.. that is interesting if the meclizine had zero effect. I would definitely wait for a response from all of your tests. Im sorry.. I do hope you can find out whats going on! and I would try what AndriaD is suggesting.

Yes- the first time I started panicking I went to ER and they gave me meclizine - zero effect... The first ENT I went to prescribed me Prednisome for possible infection.. After 4 days I had a really bad side effect-- couldn't leave my room.. Panic attacks got waaaay worse... Also ......... does the same.. Amplifys the bad feeling...
