Almost out of my favorite flavor, and the new one will have to steep!

I just wanted to whine to people who get it. I had some MBV Venom that I hated out of the mail. I only got A 15ml at the time I ordered... then it steeped for like 3 weeks or so, and it was amazing. So much that I started vaping it all the time. I got so excited about hardware sales for Black Friday and Cyber Monday that I totally forgot to order more. I placed the order a few days ago, and it has already shipped.. but I am down to my last half tank, and it will have to steep for a couple of weeks before it is vapabale.

I do have 200+ml of other flavors in the house, but I want my steeped venom, dammit.

Just be thankful you have backup liquids. I've been in a place where the only liquid I have is un-steeped nastyness. No bueno.

I have a small bottle of venom that I used to mix with cinnamon roll to enhance the flavor. I tried vaping it on it's own...but the throat hit was so harsh it made me choke each time. Does it mellow out with steeping?

I feel your pain. Cinnamongate messed up my system re: a supply of Sticky Bun, and I am now impatiently waiting for it to finish steeping. I've got other stuff to vape so it's hardly the worst problem in the world, but having been out of Sticky Bun for almost two weeks now, all I can think about is the 150mls of unvapeable Sticky Bun sitting right next to me.

Oh well... smallest bottle should be good to go in another day or two.

sorry to hear about your dilemma ... however, that 200ml will get you by ... think about the poor souls who don't have 200mls of backup liquid.

Is there something you can do to speed the steeping along? I'm not one for steeping, but maybe leave the cap off for a day or two and/or mull the bottle around in hot boiling water?

Yep. Out of the mail, it had such a chemical smell/flavor that I almost threw it out. I hot water steeped everything I had, and it was still so strong it made my eyes water, seriously. I let it sit for a week, and it toned down a lot.. back in the box. About two weeks after that, so 3+ weeks of steeping, and it is my favorite vape yet. It shouldn't really be an all day vape kind of flavor, but I carry an extra device around all day so I can keep puffing on the stuff. Let it sit.. then order a giant gallon size.

Generally speaking, I throw two stainless steel bb's in the bottle, shake the hell out of it, leave the cap off for 48 hrs, shaking on occasion, then a hot water steep in a sonic cleaner for 4 or 5 hrs. This usually gets things on track... but not this stuff... only time mellows it. It is SO pungent, then turns delicious!

But as I say there, there are as many ways to steep as there are vapers, and there's no real substitute for plain old time.

Your sig shows just about the same process I follow. Of course, I like adding the BBs to the bottles... If you're concerned about them plugging the nozzle when filling, they actually get caught in the top curve, and never fall into the nozzle end of the bottles for me.
