....of a friend....who has recently started vaping, she started with a 7-11 disposible then moved to a friends 901, but she needs something else.... its gotta look like an analog. Im looking for something no nonsense and cheap.... something that just works....I needa get her to stick with cartos, cause(at least for me) thats alot more "no nonsense" than dealing with an any in any way.... but Ive only really tried a 510 in little form, so if you know of a different one where attys work better then that may be an option.... brand name dosent matter...... thanks guises.

Yeah the Rivas are great but unfortunately don't meet the cig look requirement. If a Bloog is too high look to any 808 (I believe that's what the bloog is) or a 510those are the most common cig look alikes if not the best so parts will be easy to find. I haven't had too many problems out of my 510 batteries. The button got messed up on one but hubby dropped it alot.

Either the Bloog or Volt seem to be the consensus when it comes to the look alikes. I've been real happy with my 510's as well. I know at least one of the vendors (GoodProphets I think) has the orange 510 cartos as well.

I guess if you are mainly using something with a 510 connection like an Ego go with the 510. If you are using somehting that uses the 808 connecter than the Volt or Bloog would work well. The reason is if your supplies are compatible with hers it will be easier to help her get started and maybe move up in class when she's ready.

Just saw in another thread you use a Riva so I would get her the 510 (unless you have the 901 Riva than flip a coin). If you do you might want to look into the new 510-T auto bats. Supposed to be real nice autos and are 220 mah instead of the standard 180 mah.

I have my volt for public use and my ego for at home with an 808 adapter and couldn't be happier. The volt works great, really durable pv that's going just as strong for me almost 2 months since I got it. The cartos are great on it; nice warmth, vapour production and somehow massively conservative with juice. The only downside is battery life but that's why I have my ego!

I'd really reccommend the volt as a volt user who never thought a cig replica would never be any good.

My only good recommendation would be an eGo, but a white 510 could also do the job. Carts are a pain, though, trust me... I went 9 months with carts, and just switched to my eGo. I use 510 attys for dripping and LR cartos since the standard 510 cartos did not do it for me with my 510. :( I wish I could help more.

I also have to recommend a volt. Even though I have several pv's now. I often use the volt for when I'm out and about. It works just like a cigarette and the automatic battery works great. Just the slightest little puff will activate it. The kits can be completely customized. It's a 3.7 device that offers warm vapor and a nice TH

I'd also recommend the Volt, after a year of vaping and using mods I never thought a look a like would satisfy me but it's a nice little kit I use alot on the go now. It's decently priced especially with the current bonus code, kit's customizable with different batteries(color, size, auto/manual), cartos work great, battery life is quite good in comparison and the autos which many new people seem to want work better than any I've found.
