Granted Altcig has only been in business for a few short weeks, but imo they are blazing a trail and setting the example for what customer service should be!
They have a very nice, easy to navigate website. Good descriptions of juice and real reviews from real customers. At first glance they look alot like some of the other new vendors that pop up. Nothing real fancy, nothing overly cluttered or confusing just a nice basic site.
But what sets this vendor apart from all the others coming up, and even some of the "big boy" vendors is Boodle here on ecf, or Sunny if u call Altcig. Which brings me to my most favorite thing about Altcig, getting to speak with the owner of the company when I place an order. Now I certainly don't want to give the impression that u are going to speak with some high and mighty owner that will talk down to u, and make u feel like some ding a ling. u also won't talk to someone who will tell u "well we have not had any other complaints so it must just be u" no no there will be none of that at Altcig.
U will however speak to someone (a real person btw not a answering machine) who is very knowledgable about juice as well as hardware. U get the feeling u are very important and that u are being heard. The same will hold true if there is a problem, she is not afraid of criticism and is open to ideas. I had a problem with one of my juices and she didn't tell me there was nothing she could do, she sent me something to fix it in my next order. Wow, has that ever happened to u?
I will say that Altcig has won my business and my loyalty, this is based on their quality of juice, their fairness in price, and most of all for me their outstanding customer service! I hope they are around for a long time, long enough to school some of the other vendors on how it's done, because unfortunatly I think some have forgotten. I am sure Altcig will be more than happy to take those discouraged vapers off other vendors hands.
