I just wanted to post a review for the alt smoke company. I ordered a silver bullet from them approximately 2 yrs ago. Ever since it has been my go to e-cig. I love this thing, of all the devices and mods I have tried, this has been the only one to successfully keep me off the analogs. During the time I have owned this device I have had to problems, all originating from the use of an atomizer. At first it crushed the post and I had to send it in to be repaired. I received my silver bullet back so quickly I thought there must have been a mistake. I opened it up and it worked fantastically again. Now a year later, still using the same atomizer, it had stripped the threads inside so it would no longer hold it in place. Sent it in again, and even during the holiday season got it back in less than a week. Thank you guys so much for your fantastic service. Not only do they make my personal favorite, there service is the best I have encountered. For e-cig mods in the future they will receive all my business.

I love Altsmoke. I'm new to vaping and just got my SB about a week ago. Today I had my LR atty go to nothing but what I can describe best as a "chemical pickle" flavor. I looked up how to clean attys. I tried the boiling method. After that, screwed it on and tried again-chemical pickle taste. I threw it in the trash promptly after that. If I had thought about I would have contacted them but oh well.
