Anyone know of any juice comparable to Totally wicked XXX Menthol? Since it’s no longer sold in the US I’m struggling. For awhile, I was able to have it shipped to a UK PO Box and then forwarded to the US but now they won’t allow that either. Any help is greatly appreciated.

There is no shortage of Menthol eliquids in the USA. How much different can one menthol be from another menthol?
Buy a popular US brand of eliquid in menthol and if it's not mentholated enough for your taste, buy a bottle of The Flavor Apprentice Koolada or Flavor West Extreme Ice flavoring (concentrates) and drip a drop or two at a time per bottle of eliquid until you get the amount of menthol kick you desire.

Try buying in person at your local vape shop, menthol is menthol is menthol. Halo sells a menthol that's really good (subzero), and/or you may find another brand there you enjoy if you haven't set yourself up for DIY in advance of all the new laws.
And as @UncleJunkle mentioned, you can always spike a juice to make it more to your liking.
The TW menthol was produced in Fla and most likley used a US based commercial concentrate.
In your place, I would head to my local store (Avail or other) and try out what they have.
Since on-line ordering of finished juice has mostly come to an end, unless you plan the DIY, your local shops will be your only option(s) going forward.

I’ve tried numerous different menthols locally. The problem is, everything here has went to the Salt style juices with a much higher concentration of nicotine. The TW is 18%. The salt juices taste horrible with the setup I have.

. You might want to add you current location to your profile to let folks know where you're from. I was going to mention Extreme Ice, as well; available as a concentrate and finished product.
There are plenty of non-salt eliquids out there.
If all else fails, you'll have to buy some concentrated nicotine base and DIY your own menthol. Menthol ejuice is about as easy as it gets.
If you have freezer space to store nicotine base, or if you have room for a small $200 freezer, you should look into DIY.
I don't vape menthol, per se, but I vape peppermint ejuice and it's super easy to make since it only uses one flavor.
Tough times require sacrifice and compromise.
This one I like. Real tobacco and menthol.
I don't think OP is looking for tobacco, just menthol.
