AltSmoke.com shipping and customs?

Hi everyone, I wanted to buy a Ego starter kit from Altsmoke but I read their policy and it seems they ship only to the 50 U.S states. However canada is included in the shipping options when trying to make a final purchase in their store. So do they ship to Canada?

Lastly, I know customs shouldn't confiscate the hardware but just to make sure, it's only the liquids they confiscate, correct?
