I thought I would take a moment to express how happy I am with the service I've received from Rob over at AltSmoke. I had an issue with my USB charger and after using the live chat applet on his site, was told to go ahead and submit a ticket.
Rob responded promptly and shipped me a new charger within a couple days. The service could have been faster, but I neglected to check the status of my ticket during normal business hours so the shipping was delayed until the next day.
I can't complain that the charger was sent by normal post because i was not charged for shipping and he didn't even ask me to return the faulty charger. I highly recommend Altsmoke to folks because of Rob's fast turnaround.
