Just received my samples of Khlorine, Coo Ca Cho, and Nana's Cream. Obviously I'm letting the Nana's steep as suggested.

I've tried both the Khlorine and Coo Ca Cho and honestly I don't care for them. I know taste is totally objective but am I missing something? I've done a ton of research trying to find the best distributors and Vapetrik always seemed to come up.

Am I crazy?

EDIT: Or maybe I just enjoy simple flavors instead of complex flavors.

Khlorine is a really odd juice, but I totally dig it. Right off the bat I didn't know if I liked it or not, but I gave it a full tank and it turned out to be on of my daily flavors. Coo Ca Choo tastes like Khlorine with menthol to me. Also good, but I prefer the blue stuff.

No you are not crazy. Flavors are a personal preference. Rip's stuff is very unusual, but I like it. Not everybody will though.

They are an acquired taste, and still in their infancy as a company. Even though Rip has been around for awhile as a vaper and reviewer, he just started the business less than 3-4 months ago.

Many ejuice vendors are an acquired taste, and not everyone will like some vendors "profile."

Not every vendor has mass market appeal.

Always order sample sizes until you find a vendor you click with.

Vapetrik is one of those vendors I'd recommend to someone who's been vaping for a while and are looking for something completely different. They are complex blends, combining unique flavors to create a new vape experience. I like the couple I've tried, but I can see how others would experience them as odd, confusing, or just too much.

I'll try the new juices they release if they look appealing to me, I dig their style. I mainly vape tobacco vapes, but also some fruits and desserts. In between those more standard vapes I occasionally want something intense or kind of out there, and reach for Vapetrik. I can also see their juices working for someone who's looking for a really complex, flavorful, all day vape.

Nah his flavors are definitely not for everyone. Everyone I've let my girlfriend try she has absolutely hated.

its def.not for everyone. i have 10ml of khlorine and DS sitting in my "only if i have to" box. they just arent for me.

EDIT: after cutting the DS with some flavorless, its actually not too bad. not something i want to vape daily, but for a change of pace, its not too bad once cut. the khlorine was supposed to grow on you, but it never really did for me. like someone ground up sourtarts into a powder and jammed it in every hole on my face. might mix well with something, but im afraid of screwing up a perfectly good juice with that flavor. the wierd part was, on the first day, i kind of liked the khlorine, but then the 2nd day, it just turned me off.never grew on me.

I like the base flavor of the Dorky Stud, but the spices are too dominate for me and seem to fight each other instead of 'layering' and complimenting each other. I also found the sweetness to be to strong and a little odd, of course had a buddy try it and he barely detected any sweetness, so there's that side of the coin as well . Vapetrik states that Khlorine is a complex and acquired taste so going in I understood the 'risks', haha, the jury is still out...They are unique which kind of puts them in the "ya dig'em or you don't" category by default. I hope he continues to refine and expand his line so I can find a dig'em, though!

So far I've tried all of Rips flavors except for Joe Kuhr and Awol.

With that being said:

-Khlorine is powerful, different and pretty darn good. Though not an all day vape its great to totally change your pallate and have something tasty for a bit.

- Nanas is creamy sweet banana. Again, it tastes damn good...but personally I cant do very sweet vapes as an ADV.

-Coo Coo tastes like menthol Good n Plenty's and well i dont like licorice.

DS - This juice is a masterpiece in my book. It is so different from anything else I've ever tasted. It's freakin delicious and has the sweet creamy thing going which pairs up awesomely with the tobacco base. It took a day or two to grow on me, but now it's one of the only juices I've reordered in my semi short vaping life (aside from Bobas)

Are you crazy...no, except for not liking DS...lol
