No manual, only a picture on the back how to fill.

I'm wondering if clones of this tank may end up being better-made than this one. The machining is so poor I've sliced my hand on it, and the o-rings are shaped like macaroni lmao.

Anyway, I fixed my coils. Tweezers to pull up/out the outside layer of cotton wick a bit to let in my juice. Works wonderfully.
bought authentic? clones may be better

Everything should be put together "snugly", not too tight or too loose.

This seems to be the biggest mistake I make - overtightening the base to the coil. I've found that I can unscrew the base quite a bit, without causing leaks, while allowing for better wicking. So I don't have to unscrew and retighten my tanks, I can just leave them "snug but not too tight"

I just bought some snake coils so will report back if any similar issues

Old post but I wanted to say that now I loosen my tank bases quite a bit, and they wick. I also cut a slit into my Arctic coil windows, and pulled cotton out of the holes in my V8 - here is a picture of my V8. You can actually see the o-ring on the base, it's unscrewed that much! Still snug fit though, and no leaking.
