Am I going to have this same problem using a Vamo?...

For some reason when I screw on my Phianic tank (w/ BOGE carto) onto my new Young June "Lavatube" AKA "Vari-tube" I'm unable to take any draws off of it, the air is being blocked somehow and I can't figure out how. If I put a kanger on it (which fits down inside the top cap) I can draw fine and have no air problems, yet using a cartomizer/tank the air flow is totally blocked off and it's unusable. I'm stumped on what to do...if I put a ego adapter on it the air flows fine but it looks tacky that way. I don't understand why this would be happening...I have a ProVari Mini and don't have this issue at all.

Any ideas?

P.S. I'm hoping the Vamo will not cause this issue cause I'm really super stoked to buy one and I would be really disappointed. I just don't understand what is causing the issue to begin with.

Ok, I'm not going to guarantee your Phiniac tank will work on the Vamo but the Vamo does have a slightly raised 510 connector which should technically allow for enough airflow. All my vivi novas or carto tanks work fine on my Vamo even if it's screwed all the way in. On my friend's Vmax, some of my tanks can't be screwed all the way down or else it doesn't work well.

The air flows in through the very tiny holes on the sides of the threaded connector and also up through the bottom. The tank is sitting flush on the LT, not letting any air in. You may be able to lift up on the tank ever so slightly to let the air in. You need at least a tiny gap.

Yea I know all about the "slightly lifting" thing, I do it on my ProVari because the draw is too tight if I don't but it will still draw. It doesn't work no matter how much I push it up from the connector. I can only draw air if I unscrew the carto a little bit, if I do that the connection is lost and the tank wobbles. Not good.
