I feel like stuff like this is child appealing. Do you agree? Or disagree? First off I would rather buy a portable speaker from a reputable company then put a speaker up to my face. I just feel like these company's are asking for it. WHat do you guys think? I like the mod without the speaker. Water resistant and looks are great. It would be nice if It had better battery life.

Also I don't think people that climb rocks and mountains are and need to vape.

no i don't think it's advertising to kids....
me personally i think it's silly to make the mod blutooth speaker...but hey, to each his own....it's not the first one to do so...
they're always looking for some "new" feature to produce .... someone somewhere thought it was a good idea

The iPhone vape case actually had a built in battery that could charge your phone or power an atomizer. It didn't run on the phones battery. Still a goofy product though.

I guess it would be handy for those who loose their mod often. Just Bluetooth it and crank it up, you'll find it in no time.

All the talking mods, mods with speakers, and voice activated mods coming out recently kinda tell me that these companies are scraping the barrel for innovative ideas.

Whereas I do think that a Very Small Percentage of the Branding/Packaging of some e-Cigarette products, Mainly e-Liquids, use Irresponsible Graphics, something like above Isn't one of them.

If someone wants an e-Cigarette that is also an MP3 Player, or a Fitness Tracker, or can Open their Garage Door using a Non-Firewalled Wireless Connection, I say Great.

It Isn't what I want. And I see it more in the "Just Because You Can doesn't mean You Should" category. But to Each their Own.

Just because something may be Like by a Child doesn't mean it Can't Also be Liked by an Adult. And I find that Adults that don't have a Little Child in them, in some way, to be pretty Incomplete human beings

Ouf. It's overly colorful, it puts emphasis on functionality that has zilch to do with vaping. A bunch of devices have that. I see it as an expression of desperation to come up with something to place the manufacturer's products in the market rather than an attempt to attract youths.

You can make a case that some vaping stuff is designed to appeal to children. But you could make a case that the names of a lot of mods are designed to appeal to heavy metal fans. Death and demonic references and all that. Is the God Mod intended to appeal to Christians? It just all seems a bit of a reach to me.

The one thing I would quite like in a mod is a time display, and there's at least one mod that already does that. But it's big and expensive and not my style. Maybe a Pico with a watch face on the side. But it's all just something else to go wrong.

I also have a time and date on the lock screen of my DNA75c, and the time on my main screen.

I've gone hiking and whatnot with mods, but here is the thing, it's the Bluetooth speaker I take issue with and honestly, I have never ONCE while mountain climbing wanted music to distract my attention, I am usually looking for the next place to put my hands and feet, and like, making sure no rattlesnakes are present (although I guess it might be fair to say, some judicious Taylor Swift here and there might scare away the wildlife, but I would definitely fall OFF the mountain and even with rope, that's just a never really truly enjoyable experience, either.

I don't think kids will want this. Serious teen vapers want to be ultra stealthy, and serious musical teens will take one look at that speaker and go, "Ugh." etc.

That's the problem with coupling unusual things together. Usually they both suck, and quality suffers, I mean, making a mod is HARD enough without trying to infuse it with "blue tooth speaker" capacity and waterproofness.

I'm also going to guess the waterproofness is seriously lacking, because anyone's gonna junk that mod long before the day it rains. I mean, I wouldn't buy it if it were "good" and it is so far from "good" that well, I don't think they're making it appealing to ANYONE frankly.

It doesn't matter what You think! You obviously are not the intended target market for this device. You obviously also haven't climbed! I loved that cigarette when I got to the top of a cliff face before I got to repel back down, and if I was vaping 15 and more years ago, I would have vaped instead.

Don't take this as a personal attack, it's not. I'm just pointing out your assumptions on your own assumptions (kinda circular ya know?). I knew more climbers that smoked than didn't back in the day and I am sure there are plenty still that either smoke or vape now and they may like this.

I like the look of the device, but a bluetooth speaker on a vape just isn't for me. Nor was the MP3 player mod that came out 4 plus years ago, but I did think about getting that one, maybe for a minute? I'm sure if I dug deep enough I could find it here on ECF where we all posted about it.

The waterproof part is great, don't think I would hook it on my pack or my belt though.

But I really don't see the part where this could be conceived as "child appealing".
