Am I vaping too much???

I absolutely love everything about vaping,so much so,that my Innokin MVP 20 Watt is almost always in my hand or on my lips!!! Am I vaping too much??? Cuz I just can't seem too get enough of it!!! ( I vape at 18 mg)

Nope... As long as you're not nauseating yourself on nicotine, I say Vape Away!

Vinny I know how ya feel. From what I've read on the forums, it's recommended to use a little lower than normal nic content if you are chain vaping.

He brings up a good point... you may want to get yourself a few bottles of chain-vapin' juice at a lower nic.

IMO, if you are vaping due to cig cravings - You might need higher nic juice or a better tank (bigger vapor delivery)
If you are vaping due to 'just want to' then you may not need to change anything or lower your nic.
Let your body be your guide

It depends on how many ml's of juice your vaping a day! half a bottle of a 18mg juice would equate to 135mg of nicotine a day! Which is far to much! But say you only vape 3-4ml a day, your within the safe zone!

I have that problem of vaping too much and feeling nauseous so I'm down to 6 and some 3 nic ...believe it or not I've gotten nauseous by vaping too much of 6 and not putting enough 3 in me lol. I kinda am watching it now cuz I hate feeling nauseous!!

Yes but your body is only absorbibg about half of that. THere is a formula around here somewwhere explaining it.

I am also a chain vaper. I am using the MVP 20 watt and a Nautilus tanks with 12 ml juice. I am thinking about taking my nic down a notch in the future, but I am not too worried about it right now.

Hi Vinsanity!

I vape from the time I roll out of bed to the time I turn off the light to go to bed. It's attached to me like a pacifier. I vape at 12mg and have never gotten sick, headaches etc. BUT I drink gallons of water a day now. Another good thing about vaping --- I never drank water before vaping now its all I do. So I would say vape all you want just become just as into water as you are vaping =)
