I just started vaping last week, at the same time I ordered my kit, I also went a little crazy ordering some juices to load up into it. I wanted to be sure to find something I liked so I did not go back to smoking analogs. I ordered three flavors from Volcano, then went to Ms. T's Bakery and ordered 5 more flavors.
The Volcano juices were 16 mg nic, so I opted for the 18mg dropdown on the Ms. T's. Keep in mind that this was all ordered prior to ever vaping for the first time. When I received my kit from Volcano, the juices seemed a little harsh. After reading through various forums, I read several posts with some people stating that the nic level can impact the flavor/harshness so I sent Ms. T's an email and asked them to lower the nic level on my order.
Brandon at Ms. T's sent me a very long non-copy paste e-mail back advising me that he was able to change the order and provided a lot of helpful information about using the juices, how getting the nic level exactly to my liking might take a few tries, how to blend different strengths, and even offered to customize the nic level on future orders for me if the drop down options were not to my liking. I was pretty blown away that he took the time to provide so much helpful information to a newb. I would have been completely satisfied had he just confirmed the change, but his e-mail was over and above any level of service I would have expected.
Yesterday my shipment from Ms. T's arrived in my mailbox. It seems that they felt their processing took a bit longer than expected so they overnighted the order at their expense. Ms. T included a note welcoming me to their family, and even included some presents in the box as well as some candy.
I know there plenty of reviews on juices out there, and there are many vendors with good product to choose from. However, with this level of personal service I will continue to be a loyal customer of theirs. Note: I have yet to try the product as they are currently steeping. Grrrr anticipation!
I thought sharing my positive experience with the ordering might be helpful for anyone who is new like me, and looking for reputable e-juice vendors. Big thumbs up to Ms. T's Bakery!
