I am new here so my word probably doesn't mean much, but I know the power or word of mouth and I just had to tell you guys about my awesome experience with Keith at MaxVaper. I do not work for him, I do not know him personally, and this is the first tank style ecig I have ever purchased/owned and I am completely happy! I placed my order on Sunday for the EMax V2, I had seen a couple of videos on YouTube for this and I was impressed with how simple it looked and with the amount of vapor people were getting with it. I am switching from disposables that I have been buying from the gas station and online. Anyway, I placed my order and then decided that I wanted a different flavor juice. I figured it was too late but on a whim I hit reply on my order confirmation email and asked to switch the flavor. Within an hour I received an email back from Keith, he was more than willing to change my order and also offered me some advice on other flavors. I explained to him that I am new and don't know much about vaping yet and he was extremely helpful he sent me everything I needed (and then some!!) and I have been playing around with the different flavors and trying out my new toy all night. I am very happy, not only with his professionalism and willingness to help but also with his generosity. So far I am very impressed by the EMax. It feels much nicer on my throat than the disposables I have been using. Now I just need to figure out what flavors I enjoy vaping!!
