Hey guys, brand new here to the forum and vaping community. Just wanted to tell everyone out there about the amazing introduction I was given into this community.
Ordered my first e-cig (Joye 510 manual) and a couple of juices and a charged case from Evapers.com up here in Canada, and I just have to say..wow. Rob, who I'm assuming runs Evapers.com has been the nicest, most helpful person to me, even though I was a first time customer with a relatively small order. Amazingly, Canada Post had gotten my order into the delivery truck here in Winnipeg within 2 business days; but, they neglected to tell me that because of a storm they had simply left it at the nearest post office, and posted on my tracking number that it had been successfully delivered. Well not wanted to wait one more day for my parcel, I emailed Rob to see if he could find out where my parcel was, if it was indeed 'successfully delivered' and within half an hour, I had an email back telling me he would get on it right away! I can't imagine, how devoted you must be to take care of even the lowliest customer that way.
It was so much appreciated that I had felt compelled to send a thank you email to him, and also ask which flavors of juice he would recommend. Well again, here's where this guy shines; I got back an email which takes up A FULL PAGE on microsoft word, telling me about all his favorite flavors and recommending no-nicotine solution to save a bit of money and 'chain vape' when sitting at home. In thanks to this I send him another email back thanking him kindly and complimenting his amazing customer service. Today I get on my computer to find another email back from him; apologizing that he didn't get my next order out this morning (which would be perfectly understandable as I placed it at 1 in the morning) and he is throwing in a free E-juice for the extra wait time! I just can't believe this, I'm so thrilled in having found him and his company, and I can only say that if you live in Canada, ORDER THROUGH EVAPERS.COM!!
He has given me a wonderful introduction into this community, and I plan to be a long time customer of his, as well as a long time member of this forum, thanks to Rob.
And Rob, if you read this on the forum, I'd like to thank you publicly one last time for being such a personable business man, and taking the time to make even one of your currently smaller buyers as happy and satisfied as possible.
