I want to take a minute and discuss character. Someone with an amazing character is loved by all but businesses are typically devoid of any tangible character at all, especially large entities. Mr. Gormly of Discount Vapers not only has tangible character but being a small operation that character really shows through...and is quite refreshing.

I had an issue, that through some uncontrollable events turned into a much larger issue...but before I continue I will do my part to protect DV from a flood of fraudulent claims by not revealing specifics around the situation. In any case, a major problem came up and any other vendor in all likelihood would have easily walked away from the situation (and wouldn't be wrong for doing so in this particular situation) but Mr. Gormly stepped up to help a customer when it really was far beyond his responsibility to do so. Needless to say I am speechless for this level of service...I thought I may have been transported back to the 1950's or something.

For those of you that have not yet been a patron of DiscountVapers…I would urge you at this point to become one. Unlike most small businesses where you pay more for quality service, here you get great service AND rock bottom pricing. So my request to give DV some business isn’t really a burden on others. Even if you do find a place to save a dollar or two more, if and when an issue arises you will be thankful you are dealing with an entity that has some…”character”.

Discount Vapers is a good place to go for hardware, but if you talk with the person who runs the show over there could you ask him or her to restock. Common items get sold out and they haven't restocked in months. DV is a one stop shop, but lost some of business due to out of stock consumable items.

Understandable, I have not had that experience personally. I can see why it may not make a difference to shoppers, but those issues can certainly stem from the supplier/manufacturer end. Being a small shop can certainly create inventory "voids" if there are supplier issues and the vendor didn't purchase thousands of a particular item initially.

All I can say is my experience has been over the top positive...and not to mention that other sites sale pricing is DV normal pricing. Makes my shopping for this "hobby" quite simple.

eric has always treated me well. I do business with him whenever he has the items that I need. sometimes he doesn't have the stock and I will e-mail him to see if it is coming in and when. he might not always have the lowest price, but he usually does and I don't quibble over small differences. he has definitely been my go-to place for all sorts of stuff and I will continue to use him whenever possible. fast shipping too(in all fairness, I have noticed in the e-cig business fast shipping has become the norm lately and not an exception- great!)

I prefer to buy from DV, and will check often waiting for stock to arrive. When it does, I buy what I need. This means keeping ahead of the game and watching my stock, but it's worth it.

I've only ordered from them once so far. They had fine prices on heads, bases, and evods. Order was shipped within 2 hours and I had it in my mailbox in 48 hours. Zero complaints.

I didn't mean to disparege DV, I still check them first when looking for new or replacement parts.

No worries, hopefully it wasn't taken that way. On a personal level...I don't wait until the last second to buy anything I need anyway. So it usually doesn't effect me much. Hence why I refer to this as more of a "hobby" than anything...and I think the vast majority of vapers are in the same boat. I find myself buying things I don't really need. I could take a bath in all the liquid I have as an example and I sure didn't ever stock ciggs in that way. Sure there are some different flavors but still, it's not that varied and I could vape the next year without more fluids. It's the same with the other components needed...
