I recently ordered from ecigexpress (Maybe July 2 or 3), and I just wanted to put my experience on forum. I ordered about a dozen flavorwest flavors and about 20 grams of menthol crystals. When my package arrived on the 6th (yes, that's 3-4 days, including a holiday) there were about a dozen flavors and a liquid bag that was labelled menthol crystals.
I was slightly confused about the liquid bag because I thought I ordered crystals and not a liquid, (apparently menthol crystals liquify in heat. We were having 100 degree weather), and about half the liquid spilled out of the bag. I contacted live support, and they were amazingly easy and helpful. Without telling them I wanted I new bag (I just asked what my options were), they asked their supervisor and another one's already on the way.
So, hurray for ecigexpress, easy to use, order, fast delivery and great customer service. What more could one vaporer ask for?
