America - Freedom or Fascism?!?!

In an age of such awareness and access to information, it seems that the power IS in the hands of the people. So how and when, do we as an informed and overall spiritual people, rise above the apparent and soulless corporate dictatorship?! What is the, intellectual yet effective way to revolt?! Has America ever been concerned with foreign affairs or "Democracy" for trailing nations if money wasn't involved? In my world travels, I have seen the good and bad of many different types of government, but nowhere have I seen such media backed propaganda for the term "FREEDOM" as I have seen in the good 'ol U.S. of A. In a county that I so clearly remember separates church from state, it seems a whole lot of bigotry is hurled at people trying to obtain the "all are created equal" promised in some long forgotten speech. Anyhow, my point and question is why is it so historical and looked at as an advance towards equality that we have a black President, when Church is saying certain people are not allowed to marry (bulls-h-t Health insurance Issue) IMHO. Even under "Historical" leadership bigotry is still visible on a National level, and concern for our "Health" is lobbied by a bunch of corporations using Federal dollars (OUR $$$), and Federal Agencies (OUR EMPLOYEES) to uphold the capital gain interest of huge conglomerates. Is it that hard to see that having fruits and vegetables looking as colorful and plump ALL year round in markets across America is due to either genetic interference or preservative and or pesticide...Thanks FDA for our POISONED but BEAUTIFUL looking vegetation! So now this...come into this new world of where people quite CANCER STICKS in a matter of days, after years of hellacious battle. Well first off, I say NO! NO, to the patches and the gum which CLEARLY inject far higher levels of nicotine into the body than our vaping devises, and are put to market by the same Legal Drug Dealers that got us all hooked in the first place!!! Forgive me for rambling, but we are a generation empowered by and connected to not just this once great Nation, but to the world...I for one am not going to settle for the pills THEY tell us to take, the food THEY tell us to eat, or in this case the products THEY tell us we can or can't (NOT SMOKE) but vape! The Federal Deception Agency or so called FDA, is just one more pocket filled lie fueled by what we are now ruled by - the Corporate President(s) of the United States of America. So what are we going to do, when writing the whoever is not enough.....DISCUSS

Do you ever speed? Run a stop light? Treat all goverment agencies as they are, just a bunch of power hungry people trying to control others. They have very little power really, the trick is to avoid being targeted for a no-knock frame job. Other than that, there's not much one can do.

I have no doubt that I'll be able to get vape juice even if they try to ban it. Think of all the other various ingestibles that do not have public acceptance, are they hard to get?? Sure the price may change, but the way taxes are on tobacco... probably not much to worry about.

Point being, is going underground is separation instead of unification. Of course people will always have access to what they want, but I'd much prefer getting what I know are "safer" products without some Gov. sanction. Whether the topic is consumables or lifestyle choice, underground never advances a true populous. Underground creates unnecessary tension, and further fuels legislated authority! Authority with access to mass amounts of cash flow (the flow of our cash), is nothing more than a Cartel...

A gang of thugs 'annointed' with goverment jobs doesn't make their opinions any more valid, nor do I consider the hoops they make businesses go through valid as a means of 'saving the people'. The list of failures of the FDA for example is rather extensive.

These agencies exist to insulate people from accepting responsability for themselves and their own decisions. Making the populace permanent children is a major part of the control mechanism, and starts with forced public 'education'.

I'll make my own decisions, couldn't care less about what the FDA or any other alphabet soup agency says.

I think that the USA is run by the big business corporations,
mainly the oil cartels and Gun manufacturers and dealers.
America is the most powerful country in the world, and it likes to be the police and the boss of the world.
America likes to tell its own people how to live and what they can and can't do, but that is not enough, no they like to tell the rest of the world what to do and how to do it as well.
If the American government had the best interest of its people in mind, they would have phased out oil and gasolene, and allowed the alternative fuel systems to be implemented, instead the big business interests that run the country, have forced americans to use oil and gasolene for the last 100 years, when it was not needed, there are many alternatives, but they are bought up and locked away to protect their interests.
Big corporations dump toxic waste in the oceans, they are fined if caught, but because these big corporations make the laws, the maximum fine for dumping toxic waste in the ocean is 25,000.00 a day, a nd the corporation is making 12 million a day, it is only good business to continue the dumping.
So Americans, dont look to your government to look out for or protect your interests, look to the big corporations, they are the ones running your country, --- and the world .

Ever seen it? Basically it proves without a shadow of a doubt that the federal income tax is a long-standing FRAUD being committed by our government against us, its people. In fact, there is no law that says you have to pay income tax.

I WISH the gun manufacturers had more weight in this country. On the contrary, they are being oppressed more and more each day as Obama and his administration try to suppress the 2nd amendment of the constitution.

They have been trying for YEARS to pass laws that would impose new restricions on what kinds of guns can/can't be manufactured, like adding new "micro-stamping" technology, and then banning any firearms without it. That technology would be prohibitively expensive to manufacture, and ballistics forensics these days are state of the art, and this tech is unnecessary.

Back to the topic, The major corporate powers in this country are Big Oil, Big Pharma, and Big Tobacco. The U.S. Government is still in control contrary to what you may hear. They OWN several big banks in this country and will probably own several of the biggest car manufacturers within the next few years! This should alarm every freedom-loving person who hears of it! This is a SHORT road to socialism, potentially even to communism! And everyone is too scared of being called a racist to criticize this administration, and that IS what happens when one does. Nobody is daring enough to call Supreme Court Justice nominee Sotomayor out on her comments that because she is a latino woman, she can make a better decision and has better judgement than an old white man. IMAGINE if Justice Scalia said he's a better justice than Justice Thomas because he is white! IMAGINE the media firestorm that would ensue!

It's appalling.
