How did you do that isnt the ammit suppose to be good up to 70w? I had a .123 framed staple and was using it at 70 and all i tasted was metal made my throat bleed so i tossed that coil out and went back to my 0.4 ohm pre made i picked up from another shop think it was a tiger coil

Well i learned something today my cotton some how stoped touching the juice wells was all puffed up and i could see the metal and it still was vaping great lol no leak

Never had that happen to me fifa. Probably your wicking wasn't good enough, hence just the hot coil taste.

I received my Ammit 25 RTA Dual Coil today and find a leak above the air flower. I googled the problem and find a simple solution: tighten the 510 contact a bit more, because it comes a bit "floppy".

So, I screwed it AND it has broken INSIDE the internal screw! hahaha

Where can I find this screws?

Ammit 25 dual is a horrific tank. You're better off with it in the bin mate.

Got the Ammit and Kylin today
I just love it when I get a great vape on my first build. The Ammit rocks!
The Kylin, not so good. Back to the drawing board on that one.

So whats the trick to wicking i can never seem to get the right Size to fit the coils and when i do too much cotton dry hit city same wick i trim some off while wet and get even more dry hits.

Some days i get it but one side bubbles when i try to fix it dry hit city

I find when I cut when I trim the cotton, if I do it just slightly longer than the edge of the Knurling on the juice flow it doesn't leak. Anything shorter than that it leaks relatively quickly.

That said I've just woken up to go to work and the ....er has leaked even with the JFC and airflow shut overnight.

Trial and error my friend.

What do you mean by one side bubbles?

That's normal, no bubbles at all would a be a worry! Bubbles mean it's wicking.

I've never tried running it that high. 30 is about the highest I've run it.

That's a wicking problem. I run mine in the 50's and I don't get dry hits. Of course this tank is a ..... to balance wick as most have problems with leaking.

It's just occurred to me that you keep mentioning 'the tank is good for 70 watts.'

Now correct me if I'm wrong, that doesn't mean you should vape at 70 watts, your wattage is dependant on your coil build.

I've got a 0.44 fused in at the moment running at 50 watts.
My 0.14 flat Clapton was running at 62.5 watts.

Of course, perhaps the most important aspect of a good vape is the wicking.

made my first ever coil tonight a 1.5ohm in an Ammit 25 single and am loving the vape at 16 watts

I have a simple fused Clapton in it.
2x0.4 NiCr80 wrapped with 0.18 Kanthal with 0.24 ohms. 2.5mm diameter. I thinned the ends of the wick out and put it slightly in the juice holes. Thats my go to setup for the ammit. No dry hits and amazing flavour.
