Im from the UK, been smoking sice 2006 so thats 3 years now. I have managed to stop smoking cigerretes on a few occasions for like 4 months but at the sign of stress or just for relax i go back amazingly. I also smoke sheesha pipe too occasionally
As for cigs ive always smoked the Silk cut Ultra lights and smoked between 3-10 a day,ultra lights are like smoking air anyway. Anything stronger really messes me up so i cant perform in football etc. The ultra lights dont have that much of an horrible affect although they are still nasty. Just recently ive gone to roll ups ( golden virginia)
Ive just started smoking again :-( after 2 months of going without them.
Anyway im going to try E-cigs now, for sake of my health etc. The only way i came aware is when a shop keeper gave me a leaflet for an E-cig it was called triple Halo or something. He was selling it for £40 and refills for another £35. Anyway ive done the necessary reading and stuff and im hoping to go for the 510. Can you guys please tell me where i can get teh kit i need from?
and how much should i pay for each part, im hoping to use this asap. So if someone can tell me where i can get one from the UK and what to pay.
