Probably. But they responded nonetheless. If they followed it up, I hope there was enough vapers to generate a full shift of paperwork lol.
What bugs me is the guy's reference to the handcuffs...he was inviting a confrontation. He was ready to get physical over this. And if it went there, you know the person vaping would be labeled the instigator.
