Sorry everyone a little off topic for reoville but you're all do helpful figured I'd post it here as well

I bought the grip by brad
In the classies about a week back and I can't for the life of me get my rbas to screw on far enough to make contact- I've only been able to use disposable atties and that makes me a sad panda.
The problem is this rounded catch cup. All my atties are 14 mm or wider diameter, and the cup, er, catches them before I can screw them in far enough. Does anyone know what these are made of? Can they be sanded down/ flattened with a mallet or something?

I believe they are called finishing washers and they can most likely be either flattened like you said or even cut off with a pair of tin snips like you would use scissors to remove one of those neckband safety seals from a bottle of vitamins. Cut up the side and then remove with needle nose pliers.

See what happens when you stray from home? (Haha lol) Sorry, I couldn't resist, and, I can empathize, but I really can't offer much in the way of more practical help. The maker has a FB page. You might try and ask his assistance if current efforts prove unsuccessful... also the latest Grip ECF thread is here... http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/e-cigarette-suppliers-forum/293759-get-grip-vape-sweetvapes-com.html#post6007026. Some pretty nice looking mods. Good luck with it.

I couldn't wait in wood anymore! Lol it's a nice little ( big ...) wood mod. Just this darn dribble cup lol

'Patience' (as they say)... is a virtue. They were, and are still... right about that. I'm quite confident of this. I think (if you'll permit me to opine), that - knowing what you do know now... You're possibly (probably) sorry, that you didn't continue to wait for the Reo 'wood'. Whatever the case... chalk it up to experience... enjoy the experience, and learn from it. This isn't to say what you did was a mistake... far from it. Just another fork on the path - taking it wasn't wrong or right - it just is. Best now to make that Grip WORK for you, and enjoy it !!! Good luck (again). :)
