7 days ago I placed an ordered with Angel Cigs. The shipping charges are laid out, so you can figure out how much the shipping should be BY WEIGHT! I was charged $12.90 in shipping charges for an order that by their shipping calculations should have been $8.20, by weight. I started by using their contact form on the website and sent them two letters telling them how I was Overcharged for my shipping and I received NO ANSWER!!
I found an email address for them and emailed them 3 more times WITH NO ANSWER!!!
THEN I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE! My Order Had been Shipped in a PRIORITY ENVELOPE that has a weight limit of 70lbs AND COST THE AVERAGE JOE $5.05 To Ship!! With a Commercial account it COSTS ONLY $4.50 TO SHIP!!!! All in All I was OVERCHARGED BY $8.40 !!!
My bargain rda that cost me $3.34 ended up costing me + shipping $7.47 Thanks to Angel Cigs OVERCHARGING THE SHIPPING!!
What a SCAM!! They should just raise their prices instead of gouging people on the shipping charges!!!!! I still have not heard a single peep out of them!! Don't let this be you!!!!
