Sorry but you are probably past the point of no return. Your driptip I'm guessing has a 4mm hole, which still has more volume than the 2 inlet holes combined. Once the resistance of air drips to a certain point it only acts as an echo chamber for rushing air and whistles. Perhaps plug the holes and drill new smaller ones?
