I wouldn't be surprised if some of them do. I do think something should be done to regulate the manufacturing of these products. I'll take my chances until then and keep vaping!

An e-cig can contain nicotine content of up to 5 packs of cigs (ref: SmokelessWonder.com - Order Ruyan Jazz E-Cigarette - Ruyan Vegas E-Cigar).

This article is accurate but very misleading and biased.

You do realize that quote refers to a disposable e-cig, don't you, Chainy? They are supposed to last longer than a single cartridge--though I have doubts they are the nicotine equivalent of 5 packs of tobacco cigarettes...

And, it does not actually say it is the nicotine equivalent of five packs--it just says it is the equivalent, which could mean anything--number of puffs, length of time the battery lasts, anything.

"not the only potential dangers associated with these new e-cigarettes, and that these devices create many known and potential health risks to the users, to bystanders, and to the economy. "

Danger to the ECONOMY?! Correct me if I'm wrong, but it's more economical for me to vape than smoke! Yeah, ASH must be supported by BP, and cig taxes, as they are the only ones "hurt" financially that I can see!

As my daughter says... "Oh, pahhleeze..."

For every e cig sold, that is one less pack of Marlboros sold. ASH and the anti smoking industry relies upon smokers to keep them in business. SO, the economy at ASH headquarters is threatened by the e cig industry.
