Another Battery Question

I presently have a geekvape solo and about to order a geekvape aegis x mod. They both say to get a high amp battery,so what is more important the mah rating or the amp rating?

It depends on your style of vape and wattage range, what the manufacturer says doesn't mean much. They might put that in the X because it's kind of clearly a sub0hm mod, lDK.

But there is no battery that will damage your MOD. If you vape lower wattages and you want less amps and more mAh, well I use brown LGs for most things. If you vape higher though (I am like a puny 7--15 watt MTL vaper.

If you are a lot higher, well you want a different, more amp battery.

But no battery is going to DAMAGE a regulated mod I don't think. If it's too puny for what you want, it will die quickly.

I guess I should say, USUALLY die quickly or better yet refuse to fire. Die quickly could be BAD but I say use what is needed. Check mooch's or Baditude's blog for recommendations if you need them

You need an amp rating that will keep up with the coils you are using. Are those 21700 mods and what coils are you using?

They're both 18650.

You must first meet the amp requirements of the wattage range you vape. Then choose the battery in that list that has the higher mAh rating. (Wattage doubles when using a 2 battery mod.)
