I`m thinking though...can you imagine the kind of paperwork involved since not all the content of your order contained nic?

I mean,you did had something else in there than just nic juice,so by that,you had to take delivery of those items after all...that might have done it!

That is a good point! ... I guess the UPS rep that informed me that I was never getting this package didn't consider that point either.

Honestly I had forgotten about the one bottle of nic juice because when I initially decided to order it was my intent to purchase only no nicotine juices, by preference not because of the HC ban. But they were having this super sale on large bottles of pre-mixed Flue Cured and all of them contained nic from 6mg-12mg, so because it was such a great deal i just picked the one with the lowest content. My purchase otherwise was intended to be nicotine free.

Congrats on getting your shipment. Sounds like it was worth waiting for, especially since there's that delicious caramel juice in there :). Only thing, if you don't make good on the payment and you want to reorder from the company.... you could be screwed!

Well, for one I would not order from them again because of how they went MIA on me, and I was trying desperately to work with them on this ... thats how the whole claim started, because the vendor refused to communicate with me. While the product turned out to be good, I would feel uneasy about ordering again because now I know that when there is a problem, the vendor just disappears :S

My last package from China arrived at Vancouver today,hopefully it will make it to me...no more oversea orders for my new hobby anyways...this dates back last month!

It has all the forbidden stuff in it and only that....hehe


LOL ... well I hope you get your forbidden stuff ok! I was actually contemplating ordering from Health Cabin, but I really don't feel like any more hassles, I think I had enough customs drama and exvcitement. HC has really cool colored clearomizers that I would like to try, and also their RY4 which I heard is yummy.

Please update us when you receive it and I will cross my fingers that you get your goodies!

Congratz on the luck! My very first order (eGo kit and liquid) for vaping was from China. The order got refused and sent back because it had evil nicotine juice in the package. Fortunately the vendor was able to send a replacement kit without juice and all was fine....months later!

Glad it went well for you :)

Thanks Hun! ... really kind of a miracle! Glad to hear that when you had a similar incident that at least the vendor worked with you, and re-sent it to you. But jeez you are patient for waiting, and I now understand that if I ever decide to order from China again, even if the package passes customs that it could literally be months before I receive it.

Hopefully one day it will be much easier for all of us ...

I'm amazed as the stuff I've been hearing about HC. Granted it's been forever since I have been on the other side of the Lakes but always thought of Canada being more laid back than the US.

With some of the policies involved with some things going on in BC you'd think nicotine would be a non-problem. And down here we get spammed with "Canadian Pharmacy" emails.

I'm looking at the problems you guys are having getting juice and hardware and thinking it might only be a matter of time before the problem comes to my front door. Here's hoping that your government and mine get their heads out of their collective rear ends and realize that vaping is a lot less damaging to the population than smoking tobacco products.

I take it that comment was made sarcastically.

Do you think she's being dishonest for keeping a package that she was told she was not getting? Not honest for not contacting a vendor (who previously cut communication with her before resolving the situation) and offering them her money? Seriously?

So you got your package and PayPal returned your money that you kept because the vendor treated you so badly and you don't care because your never ordering from him again anyways. lol

Well you are certainly entitled to your opinion, which does not offend me ... and Yes, I do consider myself to be an honest person with a clear conscience, which is why I openly posted my story about it ;-)

As I have already stated, I clearly believe in Karma, and I am person with a very generous heart, and as far I am concerned this unexpected good fortune is merely the return of the generosity of Spirit ... Who Am I, or you to question how Spirit, via the Physical Universe chose to bestow it upon Me.

When you are a person who takes joy in watching and contributing to the success and well being of those around you, good and sometimes very unexpected things happen to you .... the "How" of the things that happen is not as much of a concern to Me as the "Why" they happen ... and I know Why, therefore I am good :)

I'm sort of looking at it getting mugged and then finding the mugger's wallet with the money he stole from you. The company was going to let you hang in the wind.

That is a pretty good analogy! ... I would also like to add that the vendor not only unresponsive with me, but also unresponsive to Paypal. When you open a Paypal dispute, Paypal notifies the vendor of the same and offers both the buyer and seller the opportunity to first "work it out" before the dispute is actually escalated to a full claim. The dispute only becomes an official claim when and if the buyer and seller cannot reach a resolution amongst themselves.

In my case I could not reach a resolution with the vendor because the vendor chose not only ignore my attempts to reach a resolution, but also completely ignored Paypals dispute inquiry and requests for further information regarding the transaction. When the vendor did not respond to the initial dispute after 7 business days, the dispute was then escalated to a claim. 20 days after the dispute was escalated, Paypal emailed myself, as well as the vendor to advise that they were not yet able to reach a decision on this dispute due to a lack information on the part of the vendor ... and still the vendor did not respond to myself or Paypal.

After 10 more days of unresponsiveness from the vendor, and nothing other than a UPS status which at least verified that I did not in fact at that time (approx 45 days post order ) receive this order, Paypal decided in my favor.

What would I have to feel guilty or bad about?? I am the fool that sat for 45+ days trying to work something out with a vendor who couldn't even be bothered to respond to Me or an official Paypal dispute claim .... Yeah, my conscience is so clear ;-)

... and I think it is fair to say that the vendor OBVIOUSLY couldn't care less about all this, and it's even more fair to say that the outcome of these events are an equal reflection of the Vendors Karma as well :vapor:

Song .... ya know what I found out a couple of years ago, that DHL actually stands for DAMAGED, HURT, LOST!!. FYI, I used to own an internet retailing business, and all my products came from China, and the ONE time I dealt with a manufacturer that used DHL it was a total NIGHTMARE!. I wouldn't wish that company on anyone! But I sure hope that you will having better experiences with them going forward :D

I'm starting to find that out the hard way.. my package been released by customs since the 22nd now and I still haven't gotten it because of these fools at DHL. The worst is that I still have a bunch of packages thats been shipped by DHL... Think i might just go with UPS after this. The last thing I need is a lost package because DHL delivered it to the wrong address or just "lost" it somewhere...

update on this one, called dhl quite a few times about why I haven't received my shipment yet and why it saying that i refused the package when in fact I didn't and I never actually got to me. A few of the reps tried to pass it off to me as oh customs seized it and only released the empty box and we tried to deliver you a empty box with and still have a COD bill for you to pay for a empty package. It gets even more complicated as I never received the box and the address its marked under has someone at reception 24/7 so no freaking way it slipped by... wtf, first off customs does not release empty boxes... they ether refuse entry to the whole shipment or they let it pass.

After quite a few calls i got one of them to talk to there superiors and there now confirming that the package is not empty and that i should be receiving it tomorrow. Shesh no wonder DHL stands for Damaged, Hurt and Lost... now all i have to do is wait till tomorrow to see if i actually get my package and if there content missing from it or not. I'm seriously reconsidering ever shipping with DHL at this moment with this crap. At this point whenever there is a problem they obviously don't know what they are doing and just make up lies hoping u believe whatever they say.
