If they have the harder plastic caps, you can replace them with the softer rubber caps.
Some people also use a paperclip or something to pre-punch the hole before they insert the tank in the atty.
That's the only two tips I've picked up.
Of course, the best thing is to take all that stuff off and use a 2.4-2.6ohm Fluxomizer. The taste better and never leak.

I've used the eGo tanks for 3 months now with no leaking problems, the main thing is to use a soft, slow drag with them. I actually prefer the hard plastic caps that come on the tanks over the soft silicone replacement caps because the hard caps are easier to pop off with just my thumbnail and don't stain with the juice color like the soft caps do.

Some people also use a paperclip or something to pre-punch the hole before they insert the tank in the atty.

If the tank caps aren't pre-punched, just insert the new tank into the cone before filling it, then pop off the cap and remove the little hanging chad that gets made when the atty spike punches through the cap. Then just fill the tank and snap the cap back on, and you're good to go.
