I have never posted a negative supplier review, but I have had it with Got Vapes! Just picked up a vision stone tank and what a piece of garbage! First it leaked like crazy, then with half an hour of fussing with it, finally got the leaking to stop. Now this has the most funky rubber chemical taste and it just won't go away. I contacted GV and got their typical response, don't know what the problem could be, most have been happy with this. They call this customer service? Last order was the vortex cartos that fell apart after one fill. Every order I have ever gotten from them has contained defective product! I should have known better! Have finally learned my lesson and GV will no longer get any business from me! Buyer beware, I have yet to get a product from GV that worked as claimed.

sorry your having issues with it, we sold 3000 peaces with maybe 25 issues in total, not a bad ratio for a mass produced product that 5 other vendors are selling, there is no warrenty on cartos of any kind unless they are DOA and you where given a list to check off that you understood that before purchasing the item.

As you can see, their customer service is horrid! If this was a one time incident or even a few times, I would have let this pass, but every single order from them has contained product that didn't work as stated! And passing this off as tough edit, is simply mind blowing! Every single person I know who has bought these, has had at least one dud and for the price of these, this is nuts! So guess a good portion of the 25 are people I know? Got Vapes you won't ever see my money again and I won't waste my time with your BS reviews and lousy customer sevice! There are too many good vendors out there!

fantastic, have a great day. remeber we arent the only one carrying that product, i spoke to them as well and the issues are limited and minor, its easy to go around starting a storm when your product is bad but that doesnt apply to the whole line, and yes you must know those 25 people becuase if you count the people that have reported issues its a small amount compared to the thousands and thousands sold by us and the other vendors.
