ok i searched google for why this happens and i see it happens to most. my question is i get my taste back for 1 day loose it for 3 days then get it back for 1 and poof its gone again... is this gonna keep happening like this? what can i do to pre-vent this? ive been drinking a mad amount of water (1-2 2 liters a day)

How long has it been happening ? IIRC when I lost taste it took me a good 2.5 weeks before my taste buds settled down. I still have some day's every now and then that juice isn't as flavorful as normal but not a total loss
it started last saturday and i got it back on wed. then gone sence. the only taste i get at all is chemicle with a very slight hotness if i use the fire n ice. i mean it still does the job but ide love to taste it lol 2 weeks? crap hope mine comes back before then!
note.. i had partale taste up intill wed. thats whe i totally lost it (i think) lol
Specific flavors will bomb my tastebuds. Or too much of the same flavor. A strong brushing of my teeth/roof of my mouth seems to help it come back faster.

Ya it was a tough time and what made it worse was it started my 2nd or 3rd week into vaping. Tough it out when they come back they are better than ever but be aware that my favorite juice before tasted like crap when my buds came back.
Detroit, it took me quite a while before my taste buds were back on track after quitting. I struggled with all of my juice for months before anything tasted very strong. It wasn't until my 6 month that I stoped ordering juice with xx flavor. Could this be part of the issue your having? Perhaps those little buggars are just trying to wake up. Give it a little more time, switch out your flavors more often and drink drink drink

I am not sure why this happens but taste buds are just nerve receptors. If you are constantly stimulating nerves then they "downgrade" their receptors. I would switch flavors, or vape unflavored nic for a day and see if it helps. Seems like when I hear about this the vaper is vaping something cinnamon or hot or minty.......powerful stimulation on the taste buds. Vape something really mellow, like violet juice or green tea for a day.
i switch out flavors 5-9 times a day on weekends and i use 3 diff ones threw out the week so i dont think me getting use to them is part of it, mutt's fire n ice is the only real strong one i use at all. i use artice ice a bit though maybe thats part of it. ?
Not sure if that is the case for every one. I was vaping an ry4 and another tobacco juice when it happened to me. I went to my local B&M store to get some cinnamon juice so I could taste something. A few day's vaping the cinnamon my buds came back.

happy to report after scrubbing the roof of my mouth hard twice and 4 listering rinses threw the hours i have partal taste back
nose is ok for now and got alot if not all my taste back now BUT i just got word that alot of the kids from my girls class are sick (shes a teacher) so i can see me getting sick soon.. lets hope not! lol

I find that when vaping the same flavor (like most of us do with our favorites) for too long it will indeed dim the tastebuds or in some cases alter the taste of the vape. Believe it or not vanilla flavors seem to bring back the taste in others if you switch over to them for a while, perhaps something in the extract? Give it a shot, it renewed the others for me after having vaped them exclusively for a long long period.
This may sound weird but works for me.When my tatse buds start to act up.I eat a hand full or so of UTZ Salt and Vinegar chips.Then my taste buds come right back to life.So whenever my juice has no taste to me,out comes the chips and poof juice is alive again.
