Hey everybody, I've been lurking as a guest long enough and decided to join. I'm looking forward to reading and learning more!
My girlfriend wanted me to stop smoking, and I was tired of the way I felt. I had tried e-cigs before, but had to drive 40 miles to get cartos, so I switched back. Found another place locally that sold them, but the cartos were plastic and prone to breaking, so I once again switched back. Finally, for an early Christmas gift, my girlfriend bought me a new kit that was comparable to my first that I can get less than a mile from home. The problem: it's from mysmokeless.com and extremely expensive. The cartos are around $20 for a five pack!! I quickly started doing research and have recently taken to refilling my large supply of spent cartos using juice purchased online.
I did some reading and started discovering the different types. I was hoping my current batteries would work with the Volt series from smokelessimage.com, so I ordered their CE3 clearos and a 5 pack of blanks to use for testing new flavors. I quickly realized my battery is close to the right thread, but not quite. I'm trying to decide between continuing with the batteries I have now, refilling until my carto stash is exhausted, replacing it with with two new Volt batteries so I can use my new clearos, or using both.
In the meantime, I'm gonna keep refilling what I have and reading here. I look forward to becoming an active member on the forums!
