Grats on making the switch and welcome. You definitely don't save money right at the start due to the initial cost. If you turn it into a hobby and buy every new thing/juice you won't save money either. However, I've found trying new stuff to be a healthier and much more fun alternative to smoking, so the cost for me is worth it. If I wanted to or had to spend less, I recently calculated my upkeep costs to be ~$10 a week.

Interesting calculation. I just tried it and I'd be right there at $10 too----if, and a big if, I'd just quit trying new things and stockpiling. I could survive a few months without suffering and buying anything if things went sour.

Congrats and welcome to ECF. :) What hardware are you using, and what flavors ya got?

I got the V2 starter kit and then figured out the whole refilling carts thing pretty quickly. What flavors DON'T I have?!? I've tried KBV, Vape-a-licious (LOVE), Mr E-liquid, Eliquidplanet, Quick Nic (another favorite) and a few more. Vaporbomb on the way. Don't seem to like the cake flavors but am gravitating towards the fruits and flowers. Awfully girly of me but oh well. Really liking the rose flavor from eliquidplanet today!
