Well... I wanted to quit smoking for a while, months went by and I smoked outside my house because I do not smoke indoors... My GF stopped smoking months prior and I kept asking myself "why am I doing this?"...

It was winter and windy and I was shivering like a fool for a few unsatisfying puffs and then I said screw this and got an e-cigarette...

I have quit for 5 days now from smoking cigarettes!!! I started to exercise too! No out of breath syndrome, my breath doesn't feel like I chewed cigarette butts all day long... I have a coffee and a few vapes and I feel fine! I really don't feel like I'm missing anything and just thinking about smoking now seems so off!

Why didn't I do this before?... Well Big Business would be to blame but I ain't gonna start a thread on that!

I'm a smoke free happy vaperist and that's what matters!

The thing that blows a little is that I have to post 5 times before posting elsewhere... Any admins out there that can see that I ain't no spammer?...

Congrats!!..Welcome RedChief..

Welcome RedChief!

I feel the love! It only makes me happier!

Oh yeah, ECF is a wonderful place! And it's HUGE! You should easily find some threads in the New Members Forum that you could add to. Lots of people at the same stage you are, and you probably have lots in common! Once you get those 5 posts in, you can lost here. I know, I get lost here almost every day, LOL!

Welcome! ^_^

I feel the same way, wish I'd tried this sooner. Don't even miss the analogs. Glad you're enjoying vaping.

As for the 5 posts, they go by pretty quickly. Heck, I had over the required 15 posts needed to enjoy the rest of the forum and get a sig before I even noticed the sticky stating there was a required post limit.

I'm at work right now vaping at my desk, raised a couple of eyebrows but 15 minutes later no one cared lol. I don't know what kind of e-cig I have, there is no name on the package or anything... It does make me a littl eworried as to what exactly I am vaping though... It looks like a cigarette and it says "e-cigarette" on it but that is it...

The vaping doesn't seem to last very long and the charging doesn't seem to last all that long either so I went ahead and ordered a JOYE EGO-C Kit STAINLESS...

It seemed to be a right purchase but I am a total noob, it's being shipped as we type...

My first was the same way. I bought a cheapo ecig from the gas station while I was waiting for my Volt to be shipped. No information at all could I find for it. No strength, no pg/vg content, definately wasn't menthol >.< ... but I wouldn't worry too much. Just put it aside once your EGO comes in, I keep mine aside as a backup for emergencies.

I don't know much about the EGO, but I've seen people saying great things about it. I toyed around with the idea of getting a JOYE 510 or EGO at first, but ended up going with the Volt (an 808, I believe).

If the "e-cig" you're using right now is anything like my first little cheapo, prepare to be blown away when you get your hands on a quality PV. The difference between mine were night and day.

Hello RedCief and welcome to the forums. Funny that "screw this" takes on a whole different meaning when using e-cigs. Keep us "posted on you trial and tribulations.

Welcome to you as well Zepher740. You might try an intro of yourself as a new topic. Your post numbers will get to the "milestones" quickly.
