Another newbie saying hello!

Hello everyone!

I'm Nessie & I'm new to all this bizzo!
I'm a truckie, & recently hit the 1yr smokefree mark, didn't want to quit but had to for health reasons.. I actually still enjoyed havin a good ol' ciggy! Found myself getting the 1-year-itch & fighting urge to buy a pack, (hard bein behind the wheel & not havin' a durry) so got a basic eGo-T, & some juice, then a nautilus mini, a GS EGO II, & a suave blue K1000 (coz I'm eccentric AF)

Gana have a good read-up on here, hope you'll all tolerate any dumb questions I have without being too harsh!

I find the urge every now and then. Ironically its not when I'm around my friends who smoke, its phrases/words/pictures I read and see that triggers the yearn. I've been analog free since March 17. Plan on keeping it that way.

Being a truck driver, I have the really strong mental link between smoking & driving! Or standing around having a yarn etc

Congratulations on the one year mark. I'm still tempted every once in a blue moon and I've been vaping for three years now. Just chain vape through those moments and you'll be just fine.

I used to have a one hour commute each way to and from work, so I know all about the mental link between smoking and driving. Even now I tend to vape the most while I'm driving.

Yep, same here… leaves a film on my windscreen worse than the ciggies did though ha!

My biggest confusion at the moment, is mixing anything, is there a calculator anywhere dedicated to zero nicotine!
I also have concentrates with no PG/VG base.. Brain fog!
