Yeah, the menthols are very strong IMO. I don't think I could handle anything above 11. Could you cut it with glycerin to tone it down? I am sure someone will jump in and tell you how to do that.

Since you are new to vaping perhaps some of it is technique... if you have the auto batteries, try taking a quick primer puff followed by a long... light... slow draw off of it. If it is harsh, drawing into your mouth and then inhaling sometimes helps (that is how I normally draw anyway).

If you have the manuals, press the button and then a long slow draw should do the trick! There is a learning curve to vaping, and the draw is definately different then on an analong. Hang in there, we will all get you going! ;)

I also am a noob vaporist. I also have the Mint 18mg and I was choking on it the first nite. yesterday and today, I'm enjoying it more. I don't know why, but when I vape outside, in this cooler Chicago weather, I can keep the mint down. I vape at home, inside and I'm back to choking it up. Odd... I do like the very minty flavor even though I was a Camel Turkish Silver smoker which is non-menthol.
