another slow shipper

order from a company called "dinodirect" super cheap prices for batteries. they have a headquarters in california so i thought shipping was the same.

10 days go by i check in on the order.

[kylie]: Because it is out of stock in our American Warehouse, so it is an oversea shipping from one of our warehouses located in Asian.

there were some extremely long pauses between some questions and answers. made me feel like they were trying to make up excuses as it went along.

Same thing happened to me, order took long time to get here from Singapore. It finally arrived. But I had ordered 4 14500 batteries, a battery charger and 3 green cases. I got 2 14500 batteries, 2 18650 batteries, my battery charger and 1 green case. So I contacted them on the live chat, and they said they would ship out right away, what they had messed up on. They said they would send me an email confirming it had been sent. Still no email. So I emailed them, and told them I had talked to someone, and explained everything in the email. Still no word back from them. I don't know if I will get the stuff or not.

ok just got an email today, saying they are shipping my missing items out and sent a tracking number. I hope they are all there this time. At least I will get my other two 14500 batteries, which I will need.
