Hi everyone. I've been a pack a day smoker for 25 yrs. I started vaping two months ago and have cut my smoking down to a couple a day. I bought the pico kit a month ago and love it. Want to upgrade to a dual battery mod next week when I get paid. Any suggestions would be welcome. Currently I vape 10/12 ml of 3mg a day at around 50w, depending on what I'm doing. I definitely want a bigger tank also. I feel like I'm filling the melo3 mini every time I turn around.

If you increased the nic percent you might vape fewer ml so less refills and money saved. The merchants love the low nic percents because you buy more liquid. Or you could do what I did, DIY. I vape 7 ml per day of 10mg nic I mix at home. The cost, 1.2 cents per ml. That's not cheap, it's free.
I've thought about upping my nic. Not sure I could pull off mixing my own. I have trouble getting my mixed drinks right.
You probably got the the Melo 3 mini with the Pico. If you like it, there is a larger version that holds twice as much juice.

I would also try stepping up to the next nic level to see if you can satiate yourself on less juice/day - you are vaping quite a bit of juice there, and if that's all about the nic satisfaction and not the oral, then you would benefit from doing this.
3mg isn't that much nic for a recent vaper who was smoking 1PAD and who isn't using some kind of multi-coil, uber-subohm highly-vented setup.
Maybe try some 6mg/ml juice - if it's not to your liking, then you can always just mix it with your 3mg stuff to use it up.
Many of us toked 24-36mg/ml like demons on our Boge cartos, 808 cigalikes and/or CE4s when we first quit smoking for vaping, and most of us found that a week or two later, when the withdrawal had stopped from the other 3,999-odd chemicals in tobacco smoke that we found we could calm down on the vaping - some of us also had to up the nic until we found our optimal amount.

Thank you BrotherBob. Looks like I have some reading to do when I manage the time. I started at 18 nic and burned my throat to the point I couldn't vape for 4 days. Went down to 12 then 6 and still had the throat burn. I have been vaping 70/30 lately, so maybe the nic wasn't the problem.
Making your own juice is incredibly easy. You don't have to make complex recipes. There are a lot of flavors out there that are fine by themselves. Pina Colada, Cinnamon Danish, etc. You can even get the nicotine already mixed to the nic level and PG/VG ratio you want. Just add 10 - 20 percent flavor and you're done. Considering it only costs $1 for a 30ml bottle this way, it's really a no-brainer.
So, I would be completly stupid not to at least give it a go. Thanks for everyone's input. Now if the FDA would just piss off I could relax and not rush to get what I can in the next month. Wish I wasn't so late to all this.
