I got an answer to my question. I finally got in contact with electronic-ash. If you use yahoo e-mail, the e-mails from them automatically go into a spam folder. That explains why I haven't been reading their e-mails. I never read my spams and always delete them. They said I should be receiving my stuff tomorrow. Also, they are not in Florida, they are in New York.
