Any Boston / Cambridge MA area vendors?

As the title suggests, I split my time between NJ an Cambridge (for work) and would like to pick some things up while up there this week. Anyone know of any vendors in the area that I could stop by to pick some things up.

I wasn't sure where to post this so feel free to move if needed.

No one knows of any vendors in the area?! There has to be someone, heck even a full out store... maybe?
