The only places I know of are maybe some smoke shops or the vendors in the malls. I know the one by me has innovapor liquid. But when I checked a 15ml bottle was 30.00! Ouch! Way to much money. I was a little mad when I saw that considering they are on the supplier forums. But it goes to show what people dont know. They will spend the cash for it. Also if you want to take a drive to Akron,OH you could always stop in at Vaporbomb!
